Self-esteem workshop for teenagers
Every Monday 17:00-18:30
Adolescence is a period of great change. An era of transition from childhood to adulthood.
The change that the teenager feels internally – since he/she is neither a child nor an adult - creates strong conflicting emotions, which he/she does not always know how to manage them. He/she seeks to find his/her own way of dealing with things, negotiates rules, provokes, tries to give new answers to matters that concern him/her.
In this workshop the young people are invited to explore the world in their own way.
In an environment of trust, respect, honesty and fun, and with the guidance of experienced psychologists the participants will be invited :
♦ to discover and learn themselves and adolescence.
♦ to share their feelings, expectations and worries with people of their own age.
♦ to find creative ways to express their questions, concerns and conclusions.
♦ to identify/recognize their strengths and weaknesses (self-esteem).
♦ to gain self-esteem.
Note: All workshops for children and young people are combined with the Counseling Group for Parents
